Our firm is staffed by four attorneys, one candidate attorney and assisted by supporting staff. See the profiles of our professional staff:

Keith Murray

B Juris (UNISA), Diploma Tax Practice (UNISA), Notary and Conveyancer.
Over 40 years of experience as such, Keith heads our conveyancing, notarial and commercial departments.
His clients include Standard Bank and several prominent commercial institutions and farms in the Worcester, De Doorns and Rawsonville districts.

Dawie Le Roux

BA LLB (Stellenbosch), Advanced Diploma in Labour Law (RAU) with right of appearance in the Labour, High and Magistrates Courts as well as the CCMA.
Admitted as attorney in 1982. Dawie heads our Labour Law and Liquor Licensing departments.

His clients include several of the major commercial companies and prominent commercial farmers in the Worcester and Hex Valley areas as well as disgruntled employees seeking relief in labour disputes.

Kobus Le Roux

LLB (North-West University, Potchefstroom) Attorney and Conveyancer.
Kobus was admitted as an attorney in 2012 and as a conveyancer in 2019. He is responsible for family and marriage law, property law and civil litigation in the Magistrate’s Court and High Court. He also manages the debt collection department and assists in the conveyancing department.

Johnny Le Roux

LLB (UNISA), BA with Communications Subjects (North-West University, Potchefstroom), National Diploma in Marketing. Johnny was admitted as an attorney during March 2020. He has a special focus on labour and contractual matters and has experience in dealing with building disputes.

Johnny also has the experience and an interest in Construction Law matters. He has recently completed various Construction Law courses and has a good grasp of the inner workings of the standard building agreements (JBCC, GCC, NEC, FIDIC) based on a practical understanding of the industry, including the role and duties of the relevant role-players within the industry and the life cycle of infrastructure projects. In 2020 he successfully passed his notarial examination and joined the Notary Department in 2021.

Clio Glenister

Clio Glenister

LLB (Rhodes University) B.Sc (Rhodes University). Clio obtained her LLB at Rhodes University in 2023 and is presently serving as a candidate attorney. She has a special interest in environmental law but, thoroughly enjoys all areas of law. At the firm she is involved in general matters which include family law, correspondent work, litigation, and research.
